Pulse 24/7 accepts all major credit cards and will bill your card on a monthly basis from the first date of subscription. Your monthly billing statements will display a recurring charge from 'Pulse 24/7 Inc.'

No, Pulse 24/7 never takes commission on payments made to your company through the mobile app, web booking page, or emailed invoices. However the payment processing vendor (Stripe) will charge a 2.6% processing fee per transaction. This fee is an administrative fee that pays for sales reports and 1099 that they will send you yearly for your ta

Can my customers pay upfront for appointments?

Yes, customers can pay upfront for services set up on the platform. As the service provider, you can set up your new services to require a down payment or payment in full. It is statistically proven that businesses who offer upfront payments experience fewer appointment cancellations and maximize revenue.

What's your cancellation policy?

There is no contract and you can cancel at any time. Please note that all cancelation requests will stop billing for next billing cycle. PULSE 24/7 does not pro-rate billing or give refunds. For all cancellations, simply send an email to: and your account will be cancelled within 24 hours. Please note, that all your client information will be deleted for security purposes so remember to export your client data before requesting cancellations.
